1. Estimated arrival & cooking time.
Depends on size of event. A hog roast takes 6 hours to cook. A BBQ only 2

2. Number of guests.
We can cater for as many guests as you need. A 50kg hog serves up to 100 people.

3. Vegetarians  / Vegans
Yes, we can cater for everyone. Lets chat it through.

4. Event requirements.
Hog Roast: 3 x 4.5m space for pop up catering tent.
Tipsy: 4m x 2m space to park and requires power.
Wedding Kitchen – we can arrange a pop-up kitchen for you

5. Additional staff.
If you need, we can provide extra staff – Bar staff, waiters, general helpers.

6. Booking & Payment.
Once we have confirmed all the details, we will send you a booking form to complete and sign. At this point we require a 25% deposit to secure the booking, paid to us via online banking. Six days before the event, we require the outstanding balance.

7. Cancellations
14 days prior to event: cancel without charge
13 to 7 days prior to event: 50% cancellation fee
6 days prior: incur full event cost

8. Travel
We will travel to wherever you are. The first 30 miles from our South London base are included in our prices. Thereafter we charge £1 per mile.

9. Insurance & H&S
We have public liability insurance up to £5m
All staff qualified in Food Hygiene Standards
Adherence to all H&S rules.

10.  Alcohol Licensing
Our events team can obtain a Temporary Event License (TEN) under the legislation covered by the Licensing Act 2003.
